Can’t view application status on ECAS

Hey everyone, I received my AOR on July 23rd but I’m still unable to view my application status on ECAS. I called the cic helpline twice and they say everything looks fine on their end, they can pull up my file but no one I spoke to could troubleshoot why I can’t see my status online.

Did anyone else experience this issue? How did you go about resolving this?

Double check your details are correct, and that you haven't switched the month and the day on your date of birth. I've had best success using my Client ID Number (UCI), which is 8 digits (no spaces or dashes or anything, just the 8 digits). It'll be on your AOR letter and it's the same as the number on your PR card.
