Can’t track my PR card. Help !

Someone help me track my PR card. Tried adding a case in my account - that didn’t work. Tried checking online status but that didn’t work either.

did you confirm if it has been sent out? when did it get sent out? sometimes, you need to give it couple of hours!

No, It has surely not been sent out. But is there a way to track at what stage is the PR Card? Its been around 40 days now. I am hoping 20 more days before it ships out.
