can´t see application status on the cic website

Hello guys,

i applied for PR in June 2010 and got my first AOR and 120 day letter in October.
The papers we have send in January, and in May they requested some additional information.

If i want to check my status i cant see any information, it looks like my case doesn´t exsits. But i have an application number and so on.
I have writen the cic in Berlin but still awaiting an answer.

Is there anything else what i can do?

I almost have the same timeline as yours. But right from the day one i am able to see my application status,which is received by VO London and pending review.
You should use your initial Client ID # or Immigration file # issued by CIO ,fill up other information and should be able to see the status of your file.
I f any other help we are ready.

I had the same problem when I was filling only surname instead of full name.

only surneame is required ;D

just put your surname and the rest of the info and you will be able to see it. good luck!
