Calling IRCC from outside Canada

Has anyone tried recently calling CIC from outside Canada? I know there was a way before but does anyone know if it still works?

If you are an inland applicant you can call 613-944-4000 to be connected to the call center when outside Canada. But they do not take calls If you are applying outland.

I would be calling from the U.S. I have no way of calling from Canada or getting someone to call for me or doing a 3way call.

The number above is what i used while in the states to call cic....but the call center is only for inland applicants.

Few months ago. Used it for over a year. I now work in canada so I no longer need it. Did you try calling it?

I'll try calling today and hopefully it goes through.
