Does anyone have an advice how to get to speak to a representative at IRCC?

I have called several times, went over the menu in the automated messaging, finally got to the message that says "to speak to a representative press 0". I press '0' and then it says "this is not a valid option".

I'm confused, the system just told me to press 0 to a representative, but when I press it, it says it's not valid option. I was also calling in the less busy day/time.

Has this happened to anyone else? what to do about it?

Is that the only message you're getting? Try going through different pathways in the menu. It takes many tries to get in the waiting queue anyway.
