Does anyone have an advice how to get to speak to a representative at IRCC?
I have called several times, went over the menu in the automated messaging, finally got to the message that says "to speak to a representative press 0". I press '0' and then it says "this is not a valid option".
I'm confused, the system just told me to press 0 to a representative, but when I press it, it says it's not valid option. I was also calling in the less busy day/time.
Has this happened to anyone else? what to do about it?
