Calling CPC Ottawa from US

Has anyone had any luck calling the 1888 242 2100 number from the US?

You can call only 613 number from US. Add *67 before the number if you are calling from regular phone in order to mask caller id and connect the call successfully. This is the number - *67 613-944-4000.

If you can create a Gmail account with Canada as country, then you can call the number directly without using *67 from Google Hangouts dialer.

Thanks! I used the 613 number to call them. I don't know how to get to an agent though.

Choose option 2 (not express entry), and then choose apply for new PR card.. I think 3. Then it will give you an option to talk to an agent by pressing 0. Although this is not the reason for your call, you can catch hold of your agent by this way.
