Hi all

I have seen a lot of common law applicants confused about their applications, proofs to submit, conditional residency and much more. i am also one of them.

So its a request to all the common law applicants who have been Approved or are in Process or Rejected, to come together and help each other.

Share your concerns, about the proofs to submit, your application status and anything that can help others.

I gonna post the first question myself, hopefully I will find someone who has been through the same.

I am living with my partner since July 2013. However on my Sep 2014 visa application(one year after of living), I checked "SINGLE" as my status. We have proof that we have been living together for two years.

Now I am confused as I didn't mention my relation (a STUPID MISTAKE) in my last application with CIC.

Any suggestions??????

May I know what you did after getting ITA, did it affect you PR application? Please tell me the steps as I'm at the same position as yours. Thank you in advance.
