Today i called ircc about my application for my final decision which was made on 9 july ircc agent told me that everything looks good but he can not tell me the deciison because its made my the officer what to execpt just curious.

You are talking to a customer service person in a call centre so they cannot tell you how long decision will take by an officer. No one can tell you.
