I called cic today to find out that my job title and my duties are kinda different so agent refered me to Employment and Social Developpment Canada and said that they should help to determine the noc and other stuff .. i called ESD Canada, they gave me email address where i can email and ask assistance ..
Feels like i am being bounced

You're still concerned that your job title isn't one of the example job titles listed in your NOC code?

They are only examples and it is not an exhaustive list. Choose the NOC based upon your duties, as you have already done.

For example, one of my old job titles was "web developer" which would appear to be NOC 2175 (Web designers and developers), but my duties in that job more closely resembled NOC 2174 (Computer programmers and interactive media developers), so that's what I picked.

Job duties are more important than title.
My job title was "postdoc", but I declared NOC 2174 (programmer), and I asked my boss to write a letter saying that I was hired as a postdoc and programmer (however, letter from HR department said that I am just a postdoc).

i cant choose noc because HR will prepare a letter for me and she is going to put 2242 ..i cant tell her put on list 2282 or something else .. i asked her to modify my job duty i mean add up extra that she is not gonna do it

Okay, back up.

Is your job:
NOC 2242 (Electronic service technicians (household and business equipment))
which is part of minor group 224 (Technical occupations in electronics and electrical engineering)

Or:
NOC 2282 (User support technicians)
which is part of minor group 228 (Technical occupations in computer and information systems)?

If it is the first one, why do you want NOC 2282?

You're still under the impression that your job title (Technical Support Associate) "matches" NOC 2282 and "doesn't match" NOC 2242. But your job title is very generic and could apply to literally any industry. It's your duties that matter.
