Did anyone received a call from chc delhi to pick up passport? Spousal sponsorship

My husband's application was processed through New Delhi. He got a call from the CHC to submit his passport but it was returned by registered mail. Anyway, why are you bothering posting??? Go and get your passport!!! Congratulations.

"As for your application it is still under processing review & we shall get back to you when required.
"

Please let me know what it means?

It means they are reviewing your application and will contact you when they need to.
In other words, 'stop asking questions'
