Call center agent's number

I'm done completing my application packet and it's ready for submission to the Canadian Embassy-Manila. I'm trying to contact the Embassy to request for a courier to pick it up using the numbers 19091018888 (Smart/PLDT) and 19001018888 (Globe) but the call center agent said those numbers are used for speak test scheduling only. Can anyone please give me the number to call? Thanks...

Since the call center is no longer avaible for scheduling for pick up of applicati0n/ additional documents to be send on candian embassy, is it okey if I send the passport to any courier company? Kindly help me please.. thanks.
