call agent said it is APPROVED but my ECAS not working

[SINP 2014 PNP]

hi all friends

since last one week my ECAS is not working, my ECAS status was IP before

but today i called CIC and explain my ECAS is not working so I don't know the status of my application

then he replied it is approved congratulation

i also asked when its approved he said 25 nov

i also asked where is my file now he replied in Ottawa , he said Ottawa will send the instruction about your PR

as because my Ecas is not working, so i couldn't see DM

i am little confused, how i can be more sure about my approved DM

I wouldn't say you need help/advice from a forum at this point. You were given a decision made date, and confirmation it's approved .... I'd kill for that right now!
ECAS itself would be the least of my worries.

fill in a case specific inquiry form, mention the issues clearly with all the required details. There shall be an option for technical issues faced.

did you send you passport yet for the visa? or are you from visa exempt country? you paid ur RPRF yet? if this is the case they all you can do is wait and make sure your phone is beside you when they call.
its frustrating by all means but you have come so far at this point and wait a little but longer wont hurt.

Hopefully they're updating it and when it comes back it will have actual useful new information... but I somehow doubt that.
