Hi, I didn't receive any email but I logged in to the PR confirmation portal today morning and when I check from my phone it says "Upload photo" but if I login to the portal from my laptop it shows my photo has already been uploaded.
Did anyone experience the same issue? What should I do?

I had a similar issue after reading your message (and I went and checked) ... so then I went to upload ... and my photo was in there ... so then cancelled that, and it was back to what it was originally.
Wether it's a gremlin in the system ... or they are playing with our files, let hope and keep our fingers crossed its the later.
The same happened to me too! Logged in to the portal and it showed „upload photo“ for both of us as if we’ve never uploaded/submitted them before. Totally in disbelief I logged in again after 30 min and everything was there..
seems like typical problems with the PR Portal being shonky AF

That is great news, I uploaded the details on January 9th 2023. Hopefully I at least get eCOPR soon so that I can continue with my travel plans back home. :fingers_crossed:
I just faced the same issue, did you receive your eCoPR? Wondering if it a sign that the may be reviewing our porfile?
I want to travel out of Canada. I will have someone send my PR card to me in the post to my home country. I hope it won’t be an issue returning to Canada?
