Question for those who have recieved their e-copr.

Is there an issue date on the document? I know there is an expiry date but wondering if there is a date the document was issued?
If so, is this issue date the same date you recieved the pdf on the portal?

Portal 2: 6 Jan 2023 (due to credential issues couldn't upload until Jan 17th 2023)
eCOPR: 6 Feb 2023
