As per the law you need to give it to notary republic , if you cant do in notary you have to ask your law firm with affidavit form what is in CIC site to confirm and stamp it.

Thanks for the info . Could you please share CIC s related link in this regard.

What I knew was that the stamps should be just translated by an ATIA certified translator . So its surprisiing that it needs to be notarized as well .
 
I used this service ...50 CAD Per 7 stamps
scan your stamps,,on passport pages and send it to them
