Calgary Applicant, Vancouver Office, LPP got assigned to Sydney RC8090

Good day, everyone. I received the GCMS notes today that was ordered on July 7th, 2023. My test and BG check are completed since July 6th, however since then there is no update, still waiting for LPP.
As per my notes, primary office is Vancouver, however, the LPP looks like has been assigned to RC8090, which is CPC Sydney office. How come all the prior communication came from Vancouver but now LPP is assigned to Sydney Office? According to notes, my primary office is Vancouver Citizenship, secondary office is CPC Sydney.
Under GCMS notes, it also says E-Grant Review Ready PM01 (Vancouver Citizenship - Paper File). The problem is that my file is electronic (online submission) not sure why it says paper file?

Test is sent out from your local office.Your secondary office is Sydney so your LPP will be processed there and most probably tranferred back to Vancouver or even Calgary for your oath.
Did some searching and found that PM01 is the lowest officer who usually works with simple applications and that the rest of your items are ready for review (LPP).
You can call and ask why it says 'paper' on your GCMS notes, maybe some typo on their end.
