Now its 1 week still i did not get the letter
Is it ok to go to the test just with email
Or i need the letter by mail

Actually I just looked back at the spreadsheet and it seems more people got it within 2 weeks after dm. Not sure where I kept seeing 4 weeks

we are a family of 3 myself and my 2 young daughters 8 & 6 .
our application was received on 22 of Sep 2017

started processing on 25 October 2017
notice sent on 10 Jan 2018
test and interview was 15 Feb 2018 , score was 20/20. in the interview she said Congrats and you will hear from us for the Oath in 4-6 weeks .
DM 19 Feb for me only ( still the girls are In process)
up to now I heard nothing on the Oath ceremony neither by email or letter .
Is that normal ? I have looked into the spreadsheet and seems that everyone in Calgary whom had the exam with me(15Feb 2018) had already received the Oath date or already had it .
Also is it normal that the girls would be in In process ?

Minors ECAS will stay IP even you get Oath invite. Minors under 14 dont need to go for Oath so dont check their just keep tracking yours. Also you will get Oath invite first and then your ECAS will be updated so just keep checking emails and mails for Oath update.
If more than 4 weeks then you can drop web inquiry too.

I think is normal as long as Ecas and the email show the same date. My Oath is on 27 April I only recived email but my ecas had the same date and its more than a week. I never get a mail letter. So I guess is fine.
Only the letter which came in email will be fine. Print it and take it with you!
