I think it is better to start new discussion for Applicant from calgary, who applied in 2018, for citizenship.
Please friends write down your information too.

I sent application on 6 March, then after i got these information. I saw lot of people who applied in march already seen their application status in process. Mine is still not ahowing that. Is Calgary is slow for processing citizenship application nowadays? Pls provide your information too. Thanks

Mine is just showing like this-

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on March 9, 2018.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on April 3, 2018.

Here is my Time line:

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on January 2, 2018.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on February 7, 2018.
3. We started processing your application on March 7, 2018.

Been waiting for 4 months with no response. I sent them an email and all I got was a response saying they are running background checks.
