Thanks for the advice regarding how to go around finding a property for ent in Calgary.
On another note, i would be grateful if you guys can suggest the best mobile plans available at the moment. would be looking at getting two sims for us. 100-200 minutes should be sufficient for me.. Are there any sims which can work for only incoming calls with minimal topup?

Many thanks in advance.

Again on personal experience, search on Koodo or wind. Wind is with unlimited data and koodo is best in service. I am using koodo. I paid $370 upfront because I don't have credit history for iPhone 6 and $60 +tab +tax. Tab is the installment of remaining iPhone amount which is 8 dollars per month for two years.
My wife, she remains at home so she uses whats app or other services to call pakistan. I do not have landline because don't need it at all. Where ever you go you will find free internet connection on phone. So go for minimal package see if it works for you and then you can switch according to your needs.

I am a newly landed immigrant in Calgary, I seek a transition job in a non regulated occupation as my job from my home country is regulated in Canada and have to write some exams to enable me work in it.

Any one with a transition job opening please contact me via e-mail boyzbelieve2000@yahoo.com

Thanks in advance

'As per travel agent, PIA will land toronto and then Air canada will land in Calgary...
Please share experience regarding PIA service...

Yes generally it comes via Toronto.

Dear Albertans,

We arrived in Alberta last week. We have also applied for health card a few days ago but haven't received it yet. My query is, can we see a doctor now in the meantime before receiving the health card. For example if the kids get ill in the meantime.

Thanks in advance..

1. Yes, you will have Alberta driving license no need for any test.
2. Job scene is not good, still, people are suffering.
3. minimum $13 to $18 if employed by the registered company or less than $13 if employed by desi.
4. North East Rundle Station close to LRT, and walking distance to shopping stores or doctor.
