Want a house on rent for appr 1100-1300 Can dolloar, can u suggest how i proceed?

family of 4 2 adults + 2 child may be best option if not avl below 1300 cS. I checked out some web sites like kilji or rentfaster but have diff rates and don't understand the logic of price? also wht is the adv and disadv of basement compare to apartments?? As they are cheaper but may have some disadvantages also?? Please guide me??

1. I am flying alone, my kids will join me later. Should i have their COPR with me? Or rather they should be with them during landing?
2. What is the best and cheapest hostel to make a reservation at? Should i provide this address in the port of entry? On this address will com my PR card? What if i change my address shortly after renting an apartment?

2. You can complete your landing formalities and can provide the address for the delivery of your pr card after a week or two by fax / online.

That's great news for me. I was told by few forum
Members that we have to provide address for PR delivery during landing formalities and I was trying hard to sort out address. If we can provide address after a week then that would make my life much easier then I understood!!!

Current processing time for pr card is 76 days however it may take more time than this to receive the pr card.

You don't have to reconfirm your address normally. You can check the address in ecas after few days of landing. If the address is not showing in ecas then you can call CIC and confirm / update your address in their system.
