Calculation of Worked Hours for PR

I am a Home Support Worker applicant, currently completing the 12 months work experience requirement in Ontario. I would need clarification on when I can complete the work hours per requirement,

I work 6.5hours per day Monday to Friday since July 1, 2023 without any absences. I do not work during Legal Holidays and is not paid on these holidays too if they fall on a weekday.

I worry about the clause that defines the worked hours.
  • be full-time authorized work in Canada
  • Full-time means at least 30 hours of paid work each week.
  • Any week where you worked less than 30 hours doesn’t count

So in a normal work week, I do 32.5 hours. However, if there is one holiday within a week, I am only being paid for 26.0 hours. How do I then compute if I am already qualified to submit for the "12 months work experience". Do I literally sum the number of work hours (then 1,560 hours) ? Do I literally count 52 weeks of 30+ hours work weeks (which means drop all the weeks where there is holiday) ? Or can I simply submit work experience from July 1, 2023 up to June 30, 2024?

I appreciate all the guidance available. Thank you.
