Calculation for my work experience

Hi, My file is sitting in the pool. I have completed my 2 years of full time work exp and in the middle of completing my 3rd year as well. To be precise it’s 2 years and 8 months (still working). I have been provided with the score of 475 (25 points extra for 3rd year of work exp). My doubt is that will it cause any problem as I have still not completed 3 years but have already been awarded the points.

The only one who can reject your ITA is you.

For the purpose of ITA they calculate your experience in number of months (starting and ending month for each job is considered to be a full month). However, later while evaluating your actual PR application, they will use the number of days. So, you don't have to reject the ITA if by the time you actually submit the application (60 days after ITA), you will actually have the necessary 3 x 365 days of experience. If not, it is better to decline the ITA and wait for the next round of invitations.
