calculating your work experience

I have 5 years of work experience in an X noc and in a Y company from 2014 to 2019 = 5 years.
before this period there's a gap of one year without any job and that was in 2013.
in 2012 I have worked for a one-year full-time in the same X noc mentioned above but in a different company.
what should be then my total work experience to put in creating a profile in EE as FSW: 5 or 6?

considering that they mentioned on the website that "In the last 10 years, how many years of skilled work experience do you have? It must have been continuous, paid, full-time..."

it must be one year continuous not your whole work experience in last 10 years. Just calculate the work duration in which you actively worked..exclude the gaps..

Yes..although 5 yrs is enough to get the maximum points
