Calculating fte hours for part-time jobs

I have more than 1560 hours of part time experience built up over more than 52 weeks. When filling up EE, do I need to work out fte for each working week then sum the fte for each week? If yes, If I got 0.2484763, do I round up to .25 or leave it as .24?

For part time work experience you need to achieve 1560 Hrs. in 24 months @ 15Hrs/week even if you may have worked for more than 15hrs/week but less than 30hrs/week.
 
Thanks but that is incorrect. Nowhere does cic state it HAS to be either 15 OR 30 hours weekly. They do give the 1560 over 104 weeks at 15 hours/week as an EXAMPLE. But it doesn't answer my question.

Please read again...

If you work for 20Hrs (say) a week, according to you you may achieve 1560 Hrs in less than 24 (around 20) months. IRCC will reject that claim as equivalent of one year of full time employment.

That's absolutely incorrect.

An applicant can work those 20 hrs/week and achieve a year of work experience in less than 24 months OR an applicant can work let's say 10 hrs/week and achieve a year of work experience in more than 24 months.

Source: couple applicants who asked me for advice and already received PPR.

You apparently have not started your profile, or you would know the answer : )

No, you do not have to calculate the FTE. You need to report the number of hours worked per week.
If it is variable, you can provide an average (mean), but if you have some part-time and some full-time hours, remember you can only count a maximum of 30 hours per week.

For your own reference, add up the part-time hours and divide by 30, then you will know how many weeks of FTE employment you will have.
 
Thanks very much Jess on. I have started my profile but wanted to make sure. One more question, the education section talks about secondary and post secondary. However, in the drop down menu nothing comes close to high school section. How does one state secondary education?
