Calculating 12 Months of Full time work for CEC? Do they want full 12 months or 52 weeks apply?

Hi guys! Would you be so kind help me understand something?

2019, April 30th - I finished my master's degree, received a completion letter and that day applied for PGWP and received the confirmation letter for application for Work Permit (PGWP)
2019, May 1st - Started my full-time job, paid, 40 hours a week
2020, May 1st - Can I initiate my EE application on May 1st even though my PGWP says date of issue: July 3rd. (but I applied for it on April 30th) Does it count that I have 12 months of work experience or should I wait until 2020, July 2nd to apply?

Hi guys

i have a question here. I am working for a canadian company and will need to travel frequently to usa. Will those weeks count too under 52 weeks when I am not in Canada but still working for the same Canadian company?

I am not sure I get this thing on poor Nox Vidmate VLC data, getting worried now. Like I will list them as aug-sept 2017, then Jan-dec 2018, would this be fine?
