Hello everyone , so im under sponsorship , and on ECas it says they started processing my app on may 15 in cairo visa office , so its been two month now and i haven't heard from them , i have only done my biometrics no medical yet , how much time do i have to wait until i get my medical request , and how slow is cairo visa office , thanks and good luck to yall

We’re in the same boat.

Our file has been transferred to Cairo VO on May 9th , and they started processing the application May 15th.
BR done on April 26.
Medical Passed on June 11.
However, there’s no update from VO since the medical request

Well I have a situation here I`m sure many of you have faced it
Cairo VO asked us to send some documents within 15 days through e-mail ,otherwise the file will be refused
We sent the email back with all they need , but got couple of failure emails instantly after I sent.
as of third attempt I didn`t get failure message but when I emailed them asking if they can confirm that they received
Again , failure message came up!!!!
ofcaurse you know what I `m afraid of ....
What Should I do ? I tried to phone them but good luck ,
no one answer and even I know what receptionist will say if she answered .
What the best thing to do in this case?

Hi guy I am Egyptian married from Canadian and I live in Paris The file has been converted In 28 February. The office here is very slowly . Many people have been processed files more than one year so Is it better to transfer my file to Egypt office?

Hi Everyone,

I would really appreciate any help/guidance for what I can do. My husband had an interview in the Cairo office on May 27, 2019. In the interview he was told that it could take 3-4 weeks for a response. After the interview on June 7th our MP stated that a procedural fairness letter was sent but then canceled on June 12th. I emailed Cairo office and they said they were looking into everything and don't need any additional information from us. Now it has been over 6 weeks and still nothing. On ECAS still shows IN PROCESS. I emailed again but got no response. What can I do, if anything?

‏firstly you have to reply by e-mail, secondly using Web form Case and finally thought GcKey account.

what email are you sending to. I would suggest you send it through webform.

I sent inquiry through the webform today, we `ll see but I really don`t understand how emails not working!!

atleast with Webform you have proof. it goes through CIC system rather than just their emails.

For security reasons they not receive new E-mails from public and that why you getting failure message, as I mentioned before you should reply to the same message they asked to provide them the documents.

What’s the name of person you received pre-arrival service for?

Yarab . that is a big mistake that they send a ppr for someone else to you.
