Hi Desertflower, I am so happy to announce we where able to pay it through a friend at my husbands work .

But now I have another question. what is the address I send the applications to, I found this one online;

Spouses, common-law or conjugal partner and dependent children:
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6

However, awhile ago I was trying to get an online quote through mail carriers and when I put in the postal code, all of them said its wrong... I tried aramex, fedex, dhl etc... every single one gave me a postal code error.

Ohhh finally!! This is a good news!!! Yes this is the right address to send your application to CIC in Mississauga. Once, my husband sent me documents using DHL. They should all send documents to Canada, but I guess you will have to go to their offices directly to know the price. Good luck!

what about the file number, cic will create one, once they receive your documents, right?
And it takes about one month to decide weather i am am accepted sponsor or not, right?

Yes sure, they will send you a UCI number after you get approved as sponsor.
If you check on CIC website, the assessment of sponsor is now 32 days, so yes around 1 month to get some news from them.

I have a question for those who have received the PPR. My husband got his PPR last month and the embassy has had his passport for 1 month today and still no email to pick it up as of yet.How long does it normally take before they issue the visa? We are waiting patiently to hear back.Thanks

This is the adress for courier.
I still have my receipt from courier and I used the same address.

For my husband, it took 7 days. Maybe you could try to call them?

Has anyone had any experience rescheduling an interview with the Cairo Visa office? I was asked to come for an interview with my partner on a very last minute basis and as we reside abroad we cant make it and emailed asking to reschedule for a few weeks laternto get time off work and plane tkts but have not yet heard back. Has anyone been through this?

I didn't pass through this. If I remember, the Embassy takes around 1 week to answer emails... I hope you will hear about them soon. Good luck!

Hi Ramy,
I sponsored my husband. In Cairo visa office, from sending the application until he received his visa, it tooks around 4 months.
But I know it's different for every case.

I sent my husband's application in the middle of June and the VO has only started working on it (in which they already requested a form be filled out that was 'lost')
