Just a quick couple of questions....

Our application was delivered on December 28th, criminal record will be 3 months from issued on January 19. Will that be a problem?

Also, can someone please tell me what is "supposed" to happen next. AOR CID# time on site says first stage takes 45 days(how was it for everyone else?)ect... I have read a lot so I already know not to expect any of it, however it would be nice.

my wife same age as me (31year) same religon (muslim) shes also from arabic country but her family moved to canada 22 yrs ago so she speaks arabic also besides english she came twice to visit me one visit was 1 month long the 2nd visit was 5 months long now shes in canada and she got job

our concerns are:
1- we didnt have wedding so we dont have wedding pics but we have like 75 pics together u know in outings wtrips in egypt during her visit some pics including her mom we have also alot of proofs like emails ,2 years chat logs, doctor recipets for her when she was here also she was pregnant here but misscarriage happened and we lost the baby and ihave proofs for this also does not having wedding pics make red flag in our application ?
2- ihave read alot of opinions about when to do the medical test can we really save time by doing it b4 we apply?
3-my wifes birthday is on dec 17 guys do u think if we applied end of this month iwill make it to her birthday?

Answers:
1- Don't worry just send what you have
2- As far as I know (not aware of changes) the medical forms has to be submitted with the application...so you had to take it before applying
3- Can't provide expectations. This is f***ing CIC with no consistency, no logic, no rules, ....

As far as I know as long as it did not expire when the application was received then you are ok...

CIC has changed the check your application page!

hiii everyone,
since july 2012 I didn't hear anything from Cairo visa Office. even I do not know where is our file.
Nowadays I am in Cairo, can I visit the Canadian Embassy to ask about where is my file ????!!!!!
I am planning to go to the embassy next Monday 31.12.2012.
anyone have any idea of how can I ask about our file ??? or what they reply to me if I ask about our file ??what things that should I carry with me ???
