My mom whom I am sponsoring her did visit me 7 years ago and extended her visit for another couple of month, I got that message from another blog indicating that her UCI will be found on the document of her visa extension, is that correct??

Yes, it absolutely is correct.
The UCI is on the study permit, work permit, visa extension, PR CARD, and Acknowledgement letters and emails.
And that means, your mom actually has a UCI, find out what it is and fill it in.

my wife and i have sent the file to Mississauga office at march 10th i think , when probably we'd hear back from them about receiving it ? , and also i want to use the waiting time in Egypt for quick adaptation in Canada , for example which document do i need to bring with me from Egypt about credential my bachelor in science in order to assesst it in case if i want to have a job in my career and how can i proof my experience to work directly ? , also do i need to get IELTS from Egypt to save money and time or no difference if i got passed it at Canada ? , please message me back and ty so much for this brilliant site and for you all guys !!

That is correct, you can call the office in which you had the medical checkup done. They can tell you whether and when they sent it. If they have tracking number too, they may be able to tell you whether CIC received it.
Another thing too, you can send an inquiry email to CPP-O assuming your file is being processed there.
However, I would call the medical office first make sure it was sent.

just a small correction they sent files to London...technically they do not themselves send the file to VO

looooooool...oh sorry i can't write arabic...but u can try to translate it via google..sorry again...if anyone can help...how does the sponsor make sure that the cancelation of the sponsorship done...is there defined steps ...as my husband send email told he wants to cancel the sponsership (he had a nervous breakdown..)and then after that wz a day he regreted and send another email to cancel the withdrawing of the file...and he explained everything there...my hubby has a a responsibilties in Canada..so he can't come and live with me...the only hope for our relation is to travel to him...otherwise we will lose eachother...um in this long distance since 4 years...it's normal to have a moment and lose our control or lost our mind...u can't imagine how much my husband mean to me...we are v tired..alot of problems happened because we aren't in the same country...i offered him to divorce me b4..but he was afraid to be too late to cancel the process so i asked..(can i go Canada despite the sponser want to cancel the process) and that was to help him divorce me without i come to Canada...we got very tired i want to take care of him..i waited too long...really um so worried.....if u can help me...i want to know what gonna happen in this emails he sent? what will be the consequences...

I do not have problems undersanding english, I only have problem understanding your english.
That is why I asked if you can write arabic, but then you said you can not.
Now, If the story is confusing enough to ahuman being, a machine (google) may not be able to understand.
And then I will have to deal with the confusion of the confusing story PLUS the confusion of the confused machine that is trying to translate the confusing story.
Whatever, I agree that you should try to write the story in any language you want (except chinese) . But keep it simple and put it all together, you almost lost me.

you are welcome, the MDP should have provided you with the track info of your medical since they send your file on your own expense. There are guidelines for MDP however like many things it is a mess
I have posted before these guidelines and what MDP should do otherwise they revoke their permit
