Those who recently received their Permanent Residense visa stamp from Cairo VO, how long did it take for "Decision Made" and "Passport Request" after you received the Pre arrival services letter?
My husband just received his Pre arrival services letter couple of days ago (after 15 months), but no DM or PPR yet.
Any insight on how long are we expected to wait till the end of all this would be appreciated.

We are exactly in the same situation
We recieved our pre arrival at the same time...
The only thing is that we're on our 31st month of process... and there's absolutely no changes on ECAS
The only change is on GCkey and its the pre arrival
Im struggling, afraid that they gonna take another year or so for the next step

OMG.. 31 months why?! we're on the 16th and we can barely take it. I hope those who got their PR visas from Cairo could give us some peace of mind. Let's keep each other posted of any news plz.. it gives HOPE.

We have no clue why it was that long. Anw, we're no more excited abt it .. we lost all our hopes, our dreams, everything.. we're on "if we got it, fine, if we don't, fine" phase
And yea sure, I'll post anyhting concerning this
