NOT yet its been over two month and half now since the Cairo visa office started processing my APP , i started to worry since there is bunch of people been waiting for so long , even some poeple passed the 12 month , i think this is really messed up :'(

We received medical request exactly after 6 months from the day we submitted our application, after application transferred to Cairo VO, another January applicant received medical with the same period. And as I know your application still less then 6 months. Nevertheless, very important that your Ecas showing we started processing your application. That very good point in your timeline and means they work on it.

Did anyone of you have already sent a web form to Cairo VO?
I already sent emails 3 times, but no answer till now. The first and second time, it was written that they'll answer within 2 to 5 business days and the last time it says they'll reply within 28 days.... and its been from the beginning of july already :/

Thanks guys for all your advices
If I have advice to all of you , it`d be don`t make GCMS notices as I called CIC few days ago and they told me it could delay the process , as the officer has to leave the file and can`t proceed on the file until the notes has to sent to applicant and even could take week or longer ..
You can email them instead or Web form will be safer .

thank you my friend , you are giving me hope haha , i will be 6 months in a few days and i notice they attened to send the medical after 3 month after they start processsing the App which will be 3 month for me 15/8 so in two weeks i hope i get my medical this month as im aiming to go to canada this year , good luck and may god speed the process for all of us .

Yea it’s normal you should receive it late this month or early next month , did you get Aor2 or does your Ecas

Hi guys , my file was transferred to cairo office from april 2019 now i am passing my 8th month.
When i requested to add my wife to the application and after i sent all required documents , they transferred the file to cairo office and after that there are no news .

I know 5 friends also stuck at cairo office from jan 2019.

I just got my ppr today and its almost 12 month from submit
