when exactly the processing time start ??? when we submmit the whole application in CPC-M mississuague or when the PR application is sent to Cairo

Fox, the email says the 12 month timeline starts when the file reached Mississauga.

May I ask a logistical question: where exactly do you go at foreign affairs for the translation of police clearance? Also where do you go at health ministry for the birth certificate and what all is required to get the English bc?

Hi Guys,

i too applied to sponsor my wife from Egypt on April 29th, i got the sponseship approval on may 30 th, but since then the e-cas only shows, we have recieved your application for pr on June 1st. nothing else, and no AOR either.

Seila and Fox82, i noticed you guys have been waiting for a while without having alot of updates. have you try to get CAIPS notes and see where's the application?
does someone know why somone would be waiting without updates while somone elese who applied after already got processed?

may be i let my wife order it just dont know is it useful or nt ,,but it wount hurt anyway

cool, i think it only costs 5 $ and takes like 4-5 weeks to arrive. i will try to order mine in a month or two if i still don't hear anything from them.

Hi Louis, there's no need to worry, I applied in 4th of April and my sponsorship approval was in 7th of June, my file was transferred in the 15th of june, so my case is even slower than yours and since then I heard nothing, so relax and don't think much
