Just heard that . I said this was on front and against the Americans what the Canadian embassy has to do with this ? I'm so pissed And I wish someone from there can confirm

Interesting information it shows how long it took Cairo office to process 80% of "Spouses & Partners" during years 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and the total number of applications processed

It shows how much work Cairo Visa is doing? It took 14months to process 327 applications
Actually in 2011 total PR applications (all categories) processed 1,972. These guys really have a hard job to do.

Other VO's are 10 times these numbers and are twice as fast!

Yes, the Canadian authorities announced the the Canadian embassy in Cairo closed from Thursday noon till Saturday morning. This is the new till the moment

What happened to American embassies has nothing to do with Canadian embassies? but Many of us Canadians deep down think and wish to be Americans!! When the Canadian dollar reached parity with the American dollar we called for North american union between the two countries. We heard voices of Canadian sovereignty! Then the strong Canadian economy. I am a Canadian citizen "Does this strong economy help me?" No the cost of living, job market,...etc is better in the US. What did I gain as an individual if noone of us see a thing from a strong economy!!
You hear Canada is a peaciful country!! then, "why our troops are in Afghanistan?" : Why the government goes behind our back and buy airplanes? while we terminate R&D aerospace programs? We are such a very peaceful country! : This is the first government that supports Israel directly and publicly!!
I am really pissed off from the current government even during the latest elections. It is true the liberals performed bad and have lost many seats to Conservatives and new democrats.
I have supported the new democrats although I am against socializm but I am against the policies of corrupted conservatives and republicans in US. However, in US democrats have won but in Canada conservatives are majority!!! Unbelievable a party dissolves the parliment for fear of no confidence

they waiting for that so they can close and rest and they wasnt working that much as before revolution Jan 25 .

An excuse so they would stay at home. I have filed a complaint against the performance and violations at Cairo office.
