they been through same things in the whole processing for immigration
but in in family class if the sponsor person is male and sponsoring his wife who are same nationality and close age but same culture same native language even if the male get Canadian citizenship or PR i think the wife will treated better and the processing will be faster in the side of review her file i mean giving the visa or not or making interview or not making decision faster
and its faster easier and better than Egyptian male married to Canadian wife and she is his sponsor and she is not same age and some time older different culture different language and much more red flag even they loving each other every microsecond haha the visa office will have concerns and this only happened with the third world countries
yes they will believe the relationship but not in first they will have concerns and bad faith about the case then latter with proving that relationship is still real and continue and genuine and they got that by their ways through interview and other ways
but guys having interview not meaning that qualified for the visa and some people in cairo visa office got that interview and they requested the passport but later the poor applicants got rejected in their passport so if they apply for any other visa in different embassy the others will know its like co -operation between embassies

its so much butterflies in my tummy having this from the Cairo visa office
and ithink its better you contact pilot bcz
the people who got acknowledge letter or email i mean AOR from pilot Ottawa i think this office still leading their file and cairo visa office doesnt have important role other than make some checks and waiting for medical tests and stuff like that
and even if the applicant been through interview the only office which is responsible for the final decision is Ottawa pilot not Cairo visa office even now but according to to which visa office hold ur if its ottawa so it will lead and mange everything till end if cairo no body can do nothing other than Cairo visa office

oh its there dont u know oh god really i think the whole visa office is lost and found
they requesting some proof that i sent them before and its since i knew my sponsor

my advice for you that you shouldnt wait all that long you must do
contact ur MP u or ur wife i mean the sponsor
order caips
believe that according to ur case
they choosed to interviewed ur first then wait till urmedical received if wasnt received by then
and they made it first imean the interview and they went to made the who secuirty check
i think that is the reason
dont bother ur self and contact them
bcz believe me everytime u send them an email they delay ur file much more and they stop processing ur file
first they get ur email they delivered to the responsibile officer of ur file and that person will stop processing ur file until answer u and send the answer back then they will say ooh lets go back to working in ur file if they will
and sometime they saying with much more email from the applicant they say oh ok lets play waiting game with you honestly

MP its ur Member Parliament the sponsor can write letter explain whole problem if they have and its your member parliament in your zone you can contact and tell the problem but dont do it if there is no big problem bcz they will respond you with good answer and telling you not contact the immigration through us before three or two months later and also they will tell u simply u still in normal time of processing if your question about why they so slow or late
so who will give you reliefs its GCMS will tell u whats going on for ur file

then send the application then wait almost month and some time it came 3 weeks
so helpful order it every month
and the day you send ur application and they got it they print the notes or caips according to that date and give details about ur file through or in the date
for example u oreder in Sep 1,2012
you will get one month later no later than that and it will give u detail about ur file in date of sep 1

i think you dont have to worry cuz every case is not the same, i had my interview till now nothing happen while they have all the documents and the orginal too plus my passport,and now went over 6 months since my interview and nothing from them, i emailed them too and no respond lol, my advice is for everyone waiting till God word soon in shaa allah we will have what God planed for us just by his time

Next step is Passport Request letter if the background checks are completed and you usually receive it anytime from 1 month to a year depending on the background checks completion and the complexity of your case and travel history etc.

Q- Why are case time lines longer for husband cases than for wife cases?

There seems to be longer timeline for Husband cases compared to Wife cases as there are more background checks that need to be done where as for girls in Pakistan they tend to be mostly homemaker who have little to no travel and work history or tendencies to join any organizations or movements.

Q- I had background checks going on when I asked CHC at the beginning of my case processing and now after remedicals again they are saying that background checks are underway again why is that?

They are running background check twice on husband cases from what we know. We have a few husbands on this forum waiting for 4 months after the Remedical and they are being told the same thing that their background check is underway.
