I will much appreciate if somebody can explain what are CAIPS? When do we need to use them? I hear a lot about them but never can understand what are they for?
Thanks.

I see that these are different abbreviations but I can't understand at what stage of the process do we need them? I feel that I'm asking a really stupid question but I can't find an answer. I just applied for PR, probably it is too early for me to know? :-)
Thanks.

You really only need CAIPS if you are required to attend an interview or are refused, and intend to appeal or there is an inordinate delay in processing/
