CAIPS notes

Hi,

If a student visa applicaton is refused ,my consultant says CAIPS notes is not required only people going for immigration status and if the visa is rejected notes are required i am really confused can someone please let me know.

No your agent is lying. You can definitely apply for CAIPS/GCMS notes.
