CAIPS Notes - Please Share information

Hi
I have applied Visa online on 8th October 2016 and till today got no response from embassy. Its been more than 7 months now. I had my fingerprints done on 10th October n since then haven't heard anything from them.
I am thinking of applying for CAIPS to find out why its been delayed.
Can someone tell me how to get those notes?
And is there anyone with the same situation !!!

If you have a friend/relative in Canada then they can apply on your behalf for $5. If not then try caipsgcms.com for $15. There are others with $20-$40 service rate.

Thanks mate. Is there anything else i could do to for the delay. Its been 8 months n no response from embassy
