CAIPS - Minor clarification needed

Hi, I want to order my CAIPS notes. I don't have anyone in Canada who can order the same for me so I need to use the services of some company.

I went through most of the threads related to this topic but I still have some questions:

- I have filed my application myself. Can these companies take over my application, just because they have my details? i.e. file no. dob, etc.

- In the future will all correspondence come to me or will it be forwarded to one of those companies.

- What exactly is the difference between Form IMM5563 and Form IMM5475? http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/index.asp

I used http://www.visafile.info/ and i got the notes after 30 days

I paid 25 dollars via paypal.

Did visafile.info make you fill up any form.

I still don't understand what is the difference between Form IMM5563 and Form IMM5475? http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/index.asp
