You are through mate. all is well on your file and you can expect medicals any time. Delhi may be busy with student visa right now and u should get good news any day. u r file is forwarded for criminal check the pcc you sent are now being verified with the local police. So just chill. keep the POF till u get the visa.
deadline for 45 days overed on 22nd august though i have not received med.why delayed?
VO has written that Passports to be requested after all requirements met.it is possible that i get medical/RPRF request first than for passports after submission of med/RPRF.

Bnimsim,
I am quite confused whether your medical request must be issued with 45 days deadline date as soon as CRm. officer completes your BC or The CRM officer has been given 45 days deadline date to complete CRm. Check....? According to the CAIPS.

criminal officer was given a 45 days deadline by VO to complete the criminal check. and it ended on 22 august. 6 days back

as per VO's instruction now they have to send the medical to me.
probably it can take 10 to 20 days from now.because postal delay can be 7-8 days.

I requested CAIPS Notes on 21 February 2010 and they were postmarked 8 April 2010. I should point out that if you are not applying for your own CAIPS, you must provide the person in Canada who applies with a signed letter requesting your Notes and authorizating the release of your personal information. In this case, the permission letter was hand written, scanned and emailed. The letter was printed off the computer and attached to the application with the $5 cheque. Hope this helps.
Hi Pippin,
My file is in process, since 29th of June. Do you think it is a good stage for me to apply for Caips notes. This is because i have not heard from them, since it has ben in process for all this while.

Place at what stage did you apply for your Caips notes? Please could you share the content of the letter.

Thanks and waiting.

No, the person only has to be resident in Canada. Can even be a visitor if they are in Canada.

Dear Benjamin,
It wont worth to order CAIPS if your current status is RBVO. it will be blank.if it is inprocess since two or more months they it will worth ordering CAIPS.
I had ordered after three of " :(In Process" Status

Hi;
I am a Quebec SW applicant and my federal file number has been issued on Sep. 2009. last year I was requested to furnissh them with a PC and update which has sent to them on Jan 2011.

I have just received my CAIPS and would like to have your idea in this regard:

in my CASE STATUS (last sentence) is written:
PAPER FILE SENT TO FILE BF'D TO: MICROLOCATOR:
nothing has been written next to them. However my PSDEC is 1 (Passed) and SELDEC is 4 (waived). BDEC 0, MEDDEC 0, OREQ 0, FINDEC 0.
Considering the fact that I am waiting for medical and my file is under backgroud verification what do you think about the remaining waiting time. Has my file been sent to security check?
Thanks in advance
