I am filling form IMM 5563(04-2012)E and need help with the following questions.
Q1. Should I tick `Access to Information Act`OR `Privacy`Act OR both?
Q3. Can I tick both Email & Paper format?
Section B: Should I choose Electronic files OR Physical files?
If Electrical files, than choose Status of an application and permanent residence. Am I right? What is about `location`?
It would be good if someone can explain for me more about electrical files and physical files?
