Hi,

1. CAIPS is for your personal reference, CHC has nothing to do with it. It's of no use to write a letter/SOP with reference to CAIPS.
2. It would be your choice to select a course. Your academic grades are weak so your course selection must be competitive (and relevant). May be you should also consider a 2 year GBM at Humber.
3. In reference to your inbox(1), it's useless to attach any CA property valuation certificate. Your best option would be a certified educational loan

hey enfield it writtien that its income is low and doin such expensive course doesnot make any sense.That the reason i am thinking to do 1 year course which is abt 12k dollars.Can you tel me anything else which shud be done to make application strong.Plz rpl at the earliest.
