C6 minor application returned due to incomplete

I re sent the application package (delivered today) with additional docs (health card, school record and oci copy). I hope to make it this time.

Can I know how you resent the application? Did you use the same application? Did you remove the staples for the completed applications or sent the same? Can you let me know please as I have the same situation.

Did they accept it? Please let us know. I am preparing docs. Just wondering what all can I submit.I asked school they said they dont provide school record with photo. And His health is without photo too.
