when will the 3 years residency requirement be implemented?

Nobody knows apart possibly from someone within CIC internally assuming they are planning the rollout with new forms and processes.
For sure seeing the people on this forum there will be significant forum activity when the date is announced so you will not miss it !
There is no point in anyone speculating whether will be such and such a date , but if someone will now qualify under 3/5 be prepared with any documentation ready to submit. Although of course no way even to predict if any forms will change as well, but still can get together any other documentation, proof of physical residence etc..

Next month is September, start of Autumn.
I'm qualified November under 4 years rule but will apply if 3 years come sooner.
I just hope implementation is next month to get this over with.
