A quick question, this bill will be applicable to everyone or only on new comer. We just completed our three years and are in process of application preparation.

with this new law c24 is it okay to live somewhere outside of Canada? l became a Canadian last year and l have 2 passports. l am gonna marry with my fiance and l will move to Italy . l don't know how long l will stay there maybe 1 year or 10 15 years.

on the internet ppl say immigration can revoke my citizenship easily because l live abroad

any idea?

No exact time. If you read through the link OP/nguyentu2001 provided, second bullet point under quick facts

Citizenship applicants will need to be physically present in Canada for a total of four out of their last six years. In addition, they will need to be physically present in Canada for 183 days per year for at least four of those six years. These provisions will come into force in approximately a year.

Based on this we can assume some where around June 2015.

That is the biggest question for this new law. No one knows the answer yet. There are different ideas floating around.

Complete it as soon as you can. You don't want to wait for the new rules. Still the old rules and forms applies.

Agreed. The CIC call centre were originally saying 19 July but have since been reported as saying 19 June now. It's in one of the other threads on here. That one month will make a lot of difference to some people.
