Hi,

Can anybody help me on this concern, As per Bridge Work permit we should apply before 4 months of existing work permit expiry date. Would this be problem if we apply in a month time expiry date.

Its my understanding you must apply within the 4 months PRIOR to your current work permit expiry date, so yes, you can apply 1 month prior to your expiry date. ie, you can't apply 5 or 6 months before your permit expires, just 4 months or less...
