thank you for having a place where confused individuals can get quick and accurate responses when the CIC phone support is useless.

My questions are:

1)I am applying for briding work permit, the correct form is IMM5719E ?

2)I should tick "Initial work permit or a work permit with a new employer? ( I have a PGWP, so is it initial? or restoration?)

The form is IMM5710

2)I should tick "Initial work permit or a work permit with a new employer? ( I have a PGWP, so is it initial? or restoration?)
Please note that you should only be submitting if you have got an AOR after submitting a PR application.

If your Work Permit is still valid select 'Initial work permit or a work permit with a new employer'. If your WP is expired, select 'Restoration'.

1)Yes, thank you very much for your answers.I meant to type IMM5710E, is this correct or I should look for one without the E at the end.
2) Yes, I did receive an AOR, and already submitted my application.
