Of course. Hope you are typing your names in capital letters. Also try starting the first letter of your names with capital letter also

visa Document and travel document I can see that's means they issued visa?
Actually in my passport
SurName
Family name
and in form I written family name to surname and surname to family name
That's why it was creating issue

now it is created

If your first name A ,other name is B and your surname is C. When you are sign up. Enter the information like this!
Surname:- C
Name : A B. Make sure you leave a space in between the two names.

No BVL yet but previous refusal five years ago and that letter had only given name
