Yes I have two names but I entered corrected but above message appears

If your first name A ,other name is B and your surname is C. When you are sign up. Enter the information like this!
Surname:- C
Name : A B. Make sure you leave a space in between the two names.

Am surprised about the feed back you are getting. Am sure you know the information used during your application. The emails you use to apply must also be correct and the date of birth too must correspond

Everybody is creating or checking information through tracker. All kinds of applications are check there(TRV etc)
