yes there is a rejection.
sds file applied 31 march.
medical passed 30 April.
biometrics April 27 complete.
BVL on 1st june.
rejection june 23.
Reason- you wont leave Canada.
Sorry to read this man. They really can reject even the best candidates. I pray you can now manage re-application as they deliberately kept rejections on hold too.

while raising a web form for an applicant on sds from India, which office should be selected in the tab of " visa office processing of application". Is it the Indian office New Delhi or the Canadian processing centre? How do we know from where it is processed?

what is the webform about? sending medicals result for counterfoil validation- select the office which stamped it (which might be new delhi). Regarding SDS application any sort of update - raise a general webform not a region specific one.

I think these decisions were given to SDS applicants... Non SDS students might have to wait for sometime I think as they just started giving decisions... But I hope it will start soon for non SDS as well..

I don’t think so because I applied through SDS as well and haven’t received a decision till now; biometrics were uploaded on the 29th of April, medical passed on the 5th of May and BVL was received on the 6th of May.

There is no pattern here! Even if I applied Non-SDS, still my 12 weeks are gone. 50 days since eligibility started and meds passed. It is as good as any SDS which was applied a month later than mine in May (timeframe wise).
So lets hope they just start clearing these backlogs they so lovingly deliberately created without the need of it!

It seems like those who gave biometrics recently already had a final decision on their application and when the BVL was updated on file, the decision was released (PPR/refusal) automatically. Destroy my theory by telling me someone also got decision who had given biometric already (from India)
Could be true but can't say for everyone. Take me for example, I have done my biometrics only after it resumed recently and received bvl on 22nd but there has been no update after 2 days nearing the third one but when we look at the old trends they normally take 3 days max on sending a decision after bvl in most cases. So if I won't be getting a decision by today too then not everyone who have done biometrics recently be getting decisions else your theory could be 100% true.

Fingers crossed for you.
